Read morePedí un rib eye termino medio, de principio se veia en un color rosado, un poco diferente a lo que había consumido en otro lugares, por lo que le di una oportunidad, una vez llegado mi corte estaba en 3/4 o bien cocido o no se que que termino pero no era medio, al paladar tenia un sabor no grato como si hubiera sido descongelado de manera muy apresurada y demasiado grasoso al paladar, en su menú dice que es asado, pero por el tipo de color del corte puedo suponer que se coció en sarten, solo pedí que se retirara el corte.. no recomiendo el lugar para comer un rib eye o algún tipo de corte.
