KFC — Restaurant in Chihuahua

KFC is unaware of it's most mediocre franchise location. Investors and franchisees present on this location during a one time stop. We were given cold food, then we requested it be replaced with a fresh one only to be given the same cold hamburger. Then to be laughed at by the staff for the miscommunication. The cashier was not at fault, it was the entire crew, cooking, and not cleaning. Sitting around talking like it's their own overstaffed living room. Painful reality was we received the third try on the hamburger, with transparent microwaved liquid cheese. Food is good, prices are decent, but the staff is rude and right down disrespectful, the employee yelled at customers and the manager didn't do anything but joined in on mocking...

1era ves no había k tiras Segunda vez -Pedido incompleto Tercera vez- me entregan la bolsa con la salsa toda chorreada. Le hago saber a la chica y me la piden de vuelta (pensé que me iban a cambiar todo lo que estaba lleno de salsa) pero me la regresa igual. Todos los cubiertos y los botes de comida llenos de salsa , solo cambiaron los botes de salsa a otra bolsa y quedo todo lleno, super mala experiencia.
