I had high hopes for this restaurant after a friend of mine said it was delicious and i read the reviews. The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. Since the moment we got to the door the hostess didn’t want to let us in because they where going to be closing in 2 hours and she warned us that we had to be out 30 min before closing. Seemed to me like they didn’t even want us to come in however we wanted to try it so we accepted. The cooks got all of our orders wrong they gave us basically whatever they wanted. My husband ordered a steak and they brought him something completely different so we told the waiter and he went to let the cooks know. In this restaurant u can see the cooks through a glass so we could see their faces. They were super mad. The waiter was really nice but there is only so much he can do when the cooks don't want to correct what they did wrong. It was a horrible experience that completely ruined our afternoon. Where the waiter began to argue with us that the steak was medium rare when they were clearly completely raw with zero crust on our steaks. Even after redoing our steaks the meat was the worst quality of meat I have ever had in my life at a steak house. It was terribly spongy with no flavor or seasoning and not even remotely tender given that it's a ribeye. Me and my dad did not finish our steaks for how terribly chewy they were. The quality of meat they use here is of extremely low quality that is not even USDA Choice for how tough and bad the fat marbling is. Your better going off to any other steak house in Juarez like Angus Rojo, Great American, Coralitos or even Texas Roadhouse in El Paso then to go with these bozos who charge $600 pesos for a ribeye that taste like non-USDA choice mystery...

Una gratificación a un persona o varias que están contratadas por el restaurante para que preparan mis alimentos, la cual solicitan antes de probarlos. Desgraciadamente estos pequeños detalles hacen la diferencia entre una buena o mala experiencia. Hablando de los alimentos los fijoles charros nunca han sido su fruete, el elote amarillo reseco, las tirillas de maíz amarillo no de buen sabor. Que las lástima todo esto termina en un mal sabor de boca. Y a los restauranteros es importante que se hagan cargo de sus responsabilidades como empresario dando salario y prestaciones a los meseros, quienes en su necesidad de trabajar toman este tipo de empleos que les afecta, pues en el futuro y en el presente no son empleados formales y no cuentan con las prestaciones que marca la ley.
