Pizzeria La Sierra — Restaurant in Chihuahua

This is probably the third time that we were visiting La Sierra in Cuauhtémoc. Even though we live in Chihuahua, we travel all the way from Chihuahua to just eat the Nacho pizza here. They are delicious...❤️ Well all the pizzas they make here are delicious but Nacho pizza and Alfredo pasta are out all time favourite.

We were so hungry that I forgot to take the picture of our Nacho pizza. But I will upload it soon once we go there again.

The service is amazing, they serve the orders really quick. The only problem they had since last two times was the ice-cream machine was out of order, so we couldn't order...

Stopped by here from out of town I would definitely revisit given the chance. We had the Mennonite Salad and the La Sierra Pizza. The pizza was good no question but I have definitely had better so if you’re a pizza critic maybe order a burger lol. However the salad was very good with things I have never expected to work together pairing beautifully. The servers were fine and I found it very interesting and innovative that they have press for service buttons at each table so you can take your time ordering and such. The bathrooms were clean and booths were comfy. I would say it’s a great spot...

Una MUY MALA experiencia que tuvimos en esta sucursal, llegamos al lugar y nos dijeron que nos podíamos sentar en dónde quisiéramos, tardaron un buen rato en traernos el menú para poder ordenar, nuestra orden consistió en 3 cafés americanos, 1 orden de boneless BBQ con el acompañamiento de papas fritas, 1 orden hamburguesa doble (no traía papás) y 1 orden de Papa nachos, alrededor de algunos minutos nos trajeron la orden de la hamburguesa, al ratito llegó la orden de los boneless, pasaron otros minutos pero no nos llegaba la orden de los Papa Nachos, decidimos esperar otro rato más, pero JAMÁS LLEGÓ esa orden!, Debido a la hora decidimos pedir la cuenta en la cuál SI APARECÍA LA ORDEN DE LOS PAPA NACHOS, pedí que se hiciera la corrección de que no nos llevaron esa orden, al rato llegó la cuenta con la corrección la cuál se pagó en efectivo y cuando procedimos a retirarnos llegó la mesera que nos tomo la orden asegurando que si nos había llevado la orden de papa nachos cuando ELLA NO FUE LA QUE NOS LLEVÓ LOS PLATILLOS y prácticamente acusándonos de no pagar por el platillo. Cabe mencionar que nos atendieron 4 diferentes meseras, una tomo la orden (la acusadora), otra nos llevó dos de las órdenes, otra nos cobro y otra nos recogió los platos sucios. Se nota que NO TIENEN una buena organización ni comunicación entre meseras.

Al salir, GRITANDO SE NOS ACUSA DE NO HABER PAGADO LA CUENTA. CUANDO SI LO HICIMOS! Decidimos regresar al local a hablar con la supervisora del restaurante la cuál se le informo lo ocurrido.
