Pollo Feliz — Restaurant in Chihuahua

If I can give it a 0 I would. The place was not packed and yet we couldn't get seated for 25 minutes. Another 20 minutes to tell us that a waitress would be with us and then no one showed up. We went to the front desk and they said the waitress would be coming and again 25min and nothing. So more than an hour wait and no one in sight. we talked to the manager and he spoke down on us like if we were begging for food. It's sad to see this in Delicias, we just went for the memories and it turn out a disaster....

Excelente servicio de Julio y todos sus colaboradores! Nos recibieron auténticamente con una amplia sonrisa y nos invitaron a participar en la dinámica pollo feliz te quita lo serio! Muy padre, te graban y el punto es no reírte en 40 segundos, si lo logras , te regalan un pollo feliz delicioso! Si pierdes y te ríes de cualquier manera ganas! Te dan un hamburguesa de arrechera. Excelente sabor y servicio! Fuimos a comer con varios compañeros de la oficina y pasamos un rato muy agradable! Lo recomiendo ampliamente! Además tienen bauchera y facturas por aquello de comprobar gastos! Además por calificarlos rebanada de pastel de chocolate de regalo! Súper!...

The chicken so tasty and fresh, in overall it was quick service. The price is according the food, I have visiting around of three times in three months this place and I have been receiving the same adequate food...
