Starbucks — Restaurant in Chihuahua

I am a big Starbucks drinker, and I recently moved near the area so this location is the closest to me but unfortunately this store has disappointed me every time I have gone. I kept giving this location a chance to get the order right and unfortunately seem the workers don't have any customers service experience, the 1st two times I went I thought perhaps I ordered it incorrect but I went to a different location and they got it right. So I said perhaps the person making the drink was new so I went again and nope!! I ask for a skinny caramel macchiato with almond milk, and just seems this location can't get the drink correctly, this location needs to be retrain. En mi última visita el cajero varista muy atento y amable, el problema fue al entregar! NO SE TOMAN 2 SEGUNDOS en decir el nombre, no se escucha NADA, y lo gritan de espaldas osea ya en retirada y eso balbuceando entre dientes, se hizo un desorden en barra , todos agarrando los vasos de otras personas, abriendo la comida de otras personas, me pareció MUY desordenada la entrega, por fin recogimos nuestro café q otra persona se llevó y después devolvió, vamos a la barra de azúcar, no había popotes, no había las camisas p bebidas calientes, el bote de basura lleno a tope, creo sería óptimo salir a limpiar mesas y rellenar barra de...

Pésimo servicio, casi 1 hora en el Drive Thru, me tomaron la orden, mientras me tomaba la orden me la preguntó 2-3 veces y cada que la señorita me repetía la orden algo decía mal, cuando pasé a que me entregaran las bebidas las cuales eran 2, solo una era correcta, la otra me estaban dando una bebida totalmente diferente, al comentarle en el instante me hicieron la bebida con un pésimo sabor pura agua, ahórrense su tiempo y dinero.
