Cafezzito — Restaurant in Coahuila

From the moment my family and I stepped into this cafe we were looked at as if we were from another planet. Not a single of the 4 waiters came to our table until about 15 minutes after being seated. We ordered our drinks and food- we only received the drinks about 20 min later. We finished our drinks and still no signs of our food. Meanwhile other patrons, who arrived after us, received their drinks and food. When I asked why our food was taking so long, our waiter seemed shocked that we hadn't received our food. Isn't this their job, to ensure we receive our order correctly? When the food finally came out, we all received it at different times. Then, they even had the audacity to suggest I leave a 20% tip, which I did, but they honestly did not deserve. Not to mention the group of overly loud children setaed at the table behind us and the moms did not say a single word to them..

This was the worst experiences I have ever had at any establishment. Even street food vendors have provided higher quality service! I suggest better training for all staff at this establishment. They clearly lack the etiquette to be in the...

One of the best places for coffee in Saltillo - and decent food as well. We went for breakfast and liked it. First real hot, decently strong Americano I had for a while. This already made our day. Friendly service - keeping very friendly even when we asked a little puzzled how the muesli they served matches up with the picture in the menu showing so much fruit. My wife also needed the quesadillas to go back for heating... Given the amount of staff we were not happy about how long it took to get change after paying. But it was entertaining to see the girls happily dancing to the music on the radio. The restaurant was quiet in the morning, but got more busy around 11am. We will try to come back for cocktails at night. Soy un cliente frequente pero ya van varias veces donde el servicio por ventanilla en coche es un desastre. Una mañana (lunes 10 de julio) a las 9:45am estaba en mi coche frente al menu/cartelera donde toman tu orden los vendedores. Esperé 5 min (que se hacen eternos cuando estás esperando) y jamás me contestaron. Procedí a la ventanilla y nada. Esperé 15 minutos. Apague mi coche. Soné el claxon de mi coche y nada. Grite por la ventana y nada. Después entra una señorita y le comento "llevo 20 min esperando!!!" y me contesta "un segundo" hahaha. Después entra otra señorita con cara de dormida y le digo lo mismo... Solo me contestó "el sistema no me detectó ningún coche" y me le quede viendo con cara de "y luego?" lamentablemente pasaron dos cosas muy importantes. 1.no se disculparon y no me sentí valorado como cliente. 2. Pedí lo que siempre pido... Una super green shake pero lo que me dieron parecía anti congelante con granos extraños verdes flotando. Osea nada que ver con lo que dice en el menú..literalmente la pedí y después de pagar me la dieron en menos de 2 minutos... Lo cual se me hizo extraño porque se supone que es algo um...HEALTHY. Como que ya la tenían hecha y nada fresca. Otras veces me habían preparado unas green shakes deliciosas... Pero como que esta chava o sabe o no le ponen todos los ingredientes que dice que lleva o de plano BAD MANAGEMENT! De la prisa que tenía después de estar 20 min en el drive thru (seriously?) me fuí. Noté algo extraño en la consistencia y color del jugo pero hasta que me detuve me di cuenta. Que bueno que no me la tomé porque me hubiese intoxicado. (lawsuite?).. Neta para meterles una buena demanda. Que asco. Lastima.... Ni la mínima consideración para el cliente. No saben lo que es buen customer service. Estoy muy decepcionado con este lugar. Que pena...
