El lugar es súper bonito y sé que tienen distintas actividades culturales pero el servicio por la noche, la atención al cliente pésimo es de lo peor que he visto en la laguna. Nos tuvimos que atender prácticamente nosotros mismos, cómo autoservicio incluso tuvimos que ir a la cocina por nuestra comida, y la mesera platicando con sus amigos como si no estuviera trabajando. De hecho nosotros tuvimos que pedirle que nos atendiera porque nos pasaba de largo nadie se acercó a nuestra mesa en ningún momento. Además los precios de la comida súper elevados para lo que son y por el servicio.
