El Perolito — Restaurant in Coahuila

The food is fantastic! However, the service is HORRIBLE! I've been twice and my experience was the same both times. We had to wave down our server at least 4 times to get drink refills, more chips, salt... our food! Their menu is obviously targeted towards the American Tourist but the service is definitely not on par with what you would expect from an American restaurant. But, even with the super slow service and unresponsive servers, the food is good enough to keep me going back!
