Pizza Rizza — Restaurant in Coahuila

This Review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion.

We went to Pizza Rizza on Friday night, 10/1/21 and it was our first time.

FOOD: we ordered two big Caesar salads, one large pizza Rizza and two iced tea. CAESAR SALAD= salads were good, fresh ingredients and very tasty sauce on top and even though it did not taste like a Caesar sauce it was still very good and flavorful. wed did really enjoy it. Tomatoes had an amazing flavor by the way. PIZZA RIZZA: pizza was good and flavorful with quite a few ingredients on it. we liked the taste and we liked the combination of flavors. We enjoyed alot the fresh ingredients and the topping. The gave us a two bags of a spicy sauce in case we wanted to make our pizza spicy/hot. The brick over does the Magic when it comes to the flavor and the toasty crust. ICED TEA= they served us Lipton iced tea. good.

STAFF: the waiter that took our order was having problems understanding what kind of Pizza we wanted, but eventually he got us what we ordered. Him and the other waiter were kind and nice and tried their best to meet our needs and requests.

CLEALINESS: Overall the place was clean and neat.

RESTROOM: it was very small but clean and neat.

PLACE: The restaurant is in a old building and inside everything looks pretty minimalist. They do not have much furniture or Décor, except for the ceiling that is colorful and decorated with a touch of traditional motif. We did really enjoy their brick oven cooked pizza. great flavor.

LOCATION: pretty central, it is located right on one of the main streets of Monclova. Right next to it are many stores, shops and cafeterias.

CONCLUSIONS: we will definitely go back....

Me llevo una mala experiencia, ordene unas bufalo alitas y , decidí cambiar la orden ppr otra botaniza a el minuto de haber terminado la llamada ,me dijeron que no podían cambiar mi pedido ,porque ya estaba listo , me es imposible entender como en 1 minuto en el cual acabo de terminar de ordenar mi pedido ya esten listas las tiritas , y llego a recoger mi pedido exactamente en el tiempo que me dieron y aun no estaba listo mi pedido ,le explico la situación a la cajera y ,me dice que son ordenes Sue vienen de cocina ,pero no consigo entender si mi pedido ya estaba listo ,llego aún no esta listo ,le pido una explicación a la cajera y no me puede resolver mi duda de como es posible que ya este listo mi pedido y llego y aun no esta listo , y más aun tuve que esperar a que "estuviera mi pedido " otros 20 minutos esperando a que saliera,de 1 minutos en el cual estaba listo mi pedido a los 50 minutos casi una hora wue estuve esperando , se pudo haber echo alguna modificación...

He ido contadas veces a este lugar, la pizza estaba buena hasta que me tocó probar la de 4 quesos que más bien parecían quesos agrios, también la pasta Alfredos estaba fría y sin sabor, además la pasta en sí parecía refrigerada de más de un día. Baños sucios y con mal olor, un empleado me hizo esperar más de 10 minutos para "cagar" por qué el sujeto no salía del baño y ya llevaba rato ahí. Te puedes estacionar a un costado de...
