Took our mission team of 23 people here at the end of a great week in Acuña. We got 4 of the family packs (including lamb, sausage, beef, chicken, insanely flavored potatoes, queso, guac and probably more), a couple salads for the vegetarians. Out of the darkness of the mas o menos Tex-Mex food found in Del Rio, Texas, I encounter another world. A menu as diverse as there are cultures and costumbres in Mexico.
