After waiting patiently for 40 min, even though they told me 10-15 min wait, they Let me know that they still don't have a spot for me. Granted I'm one person trying to get some coffee and work done. So I wait just a little bit longer and still no service. I come here often, I'm a regular AND still they act like they don't know me and I'm very simple but service is bad. They should be more frank with you in telling us the wait is longer this way I'm not anticipating. Food is good but still the service is very slow and sometimes bad. I don't think I'm coming back, it's a shame that they don't take care of their regulars. So...

We ordered breakfast for three. The waitress took our order. The food for two of us was brought approximately 30 minutes. I waited for my plate to arrive after 35 minutes I asked the waitress for estimated time of my order. She asked what I had ordered. She appeared confused as if she did not recall my order. She returned to the kitchen. I could see that she had to resubmit my order. After 45 minutes I asked to cancel the order.
