Disappointing Experience - Poor Service

I had a very frustrating experience at this seafood restaurant. We waited 30 minutes just to get drinks, and then another 30 minutes passed without anyone coming to take our order. To top it off, getting the check took an additional 20 minutes, and I finally had to go to the front myself to ask for it.

They close the restaurant for private events but they don't update it by Google. We were very excited to visit this place when planning our vacation, but when we arrived on Friday at 5 pm the hostess told us that if we wanted to eat there we must finish eating before 6 pm since they would close the restaurant for a private event. Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos en el hotel fiesta Mexicana, donde nos mencionaron que podíamos acudir al restaurante (no está incluido en la experiencia del hotel, pero se puede acudir pagado sus servicios). La experiencia fue desagradable en cuanto el servicio, debido a que se negaron a moler la comida de mi tío. Mi tío tiene una enfermedad llamada alcalasia derivada de su condición de adulto mayor con síndrome de Down, fueron grosero y poco comprensivos con la situación. Fue muy frustrante ver como cierto personal de la cocina quería hacer algo al respeto pero el capitán obligó a que no se moliera la comida .
