The Crab — Restaurant in Colima

We had a group of 10 adults (and one infant) on Valentines Day 2020. The restaurant was about 2/3 full ( lots of empty tables). The 2 orders of ceviche took about a half hour to arrive at the table. About 35 minutes after ordering our main course, we started inquiring about our order. We were told soon. At about 45 minutes we asked for the manager ( who never came to the table). At 55 minutes we asked again about our food, waitress said she would check and didn’t return. At an hour we asked a passing waitress for the manager again. At 65 minutes we got up, went to the cashier, asked for a bill for what was consumed ( bill included all food ordered, which we corrected). We paid for our beers and ceviche and left.

We were a group of 6 Mexicans and 4 Norteños (2 Norteños speak Spanish). Not an issue if misunderstandings.

We entered and we got an immediate table and we were brought chips with salsa. From there it took 15 minutes for the waiter to ask us what we wanted for drinks. Then the waiter left quickly and returned 20 minutes later for our order. The food took an additional hour to prepare and by the time we finished about 2 hours had passed. Bns dias el lugar muy bonito,pedimos cocteles grandes que x el tamaño parecian chicos,el precio grande,sin sabor,cada uno llevaba en un platito 10 cubos de jitomate y 10 de cebolla,sin aguacate aunq lo cobrasen extra,aparte hay aguacate criollo mucho mas economico que el hass Camarones crab 4 piezas,sabrosos precio excesivo para esa cantidad 1.300 ml de agua de limon a 70 tmb exagerado 25 el refresco,aceptable Lo que me gusto tanto en porcion,sapidez tanto del filete como del arroz y ensaladas y precio justo fue el empanizado a 130 Como que miden las galletas y tostadas Creo y lo digo con respeto hace falta actitud de servicio y rapidez de la mesera,el restaurant estaba al 5% de capacidad,se le pedia limon,tostadas,sal y era una vuelta para cada cosa. Fue una cuenta de 2500 la vdd excesivo para el tamaño de los platillos Se pidio tambien una bebida en coco y se pregunto si podrian sacar el fruto y contesto la mesera.."si puedo" lo hago pq nosotros los quebramos si tenemos tiempo..este comentario fuera de lugar,ya q estaba casi solo el restaurant.
