I dined at this restaurant with my wife and family for breakfast on 3/29/2024. Parking space is limited, and the restaurant boasts a colorful and tasteful decor. While it's small, it seems appropriately sized for Santa Rosalia, except during peak tourist days.
Upon entering, we weren't greeted or acknowledged for at least 2 minutes. While the server wasn't impolite, their demeanor lacked warmth. The seating wasn't sufficient for our group of 7, so we had to split into two groups. It took some time for the server to return to take our orders, and the service overall was quite slow. Our drinks and food took a long while to arrive, and checking if we needed anything else and settling the bill also took considerable time.
The staff here doesn't seem rushed; we observed other groups arriving and leaving after waiting several minutes without assistance. While the food was decent, it wasn't exceptional or unique. I would recommend this place only to those with ample time to spare, patience, and no pressing commitments, as the experience could easily take 90+ minutes.
If I find myself in Santa Rosalia again or passing through, I would personally opt for an alternative restaurant...
