Lisa’s Café y Restaurante — Restaurant in Colonia Manitoba

I had previously visited this place and it was great, but today I had a really unpleasant experience. Food had good taste but they served my soup mildly warm. They reheated it when I asked so that was not an issue. However the food didn't agree with me and I'm on the 🚽 shortly after. Anyways the real disappointing moment was when paying the check. The total was inflated $20 above the right amount. Very sneaky and dishonest practice. I asked it to be fixed and they fixed it right away after pretending not to know what was going on. This might be the fault of the employees or management, who knows. Anyways if you decide to eat here I recommend you do your math...

Worst dine experience I've ever had. The waiter put us in the back room next to two big groups. It's so loud I can't hear what anyone is saying (all brick walls, no sound dampening). The waiter brought us warm water to drink. I'm not coming here on a Sunday again.

Edit: asked for a different table. He said they were all full. There was definitely empty tables that just hadn't been...

Terrible experience. The table was dirty, with a dirty rag. They never cleaned it. The restaurant wasn’t full at all, the workers were on the floor, on their phones, behind the counter. The food was barely warm. We waited 1 hour 40 minutes for our food. We asked for tortillas 3 times and we never got them. No napkins...
