Somewhat difficult to find, basically only locals go there. The tourist go to the bolero bakery, which is in the middle of town. This one is better, it was recommended to me by locals a few times so we finally made time to go. Worth it!

A little hidden gem with wonderful friendly staff. Loved it so much we had to go back a few days after our first visit. Bought a variety and took it to our place were we stayed for a few days.

Riquísimo, aún que hay otra panadería que es para turistas en el centro, esta panadería esta muy buena por mucho !! Compre pan para llevar hasta Mexicali a la familia y a todos les encantó la recomiendo 100% y gracias a los panaderos en el lugar por las recomendaciones de otros panes

Very cool historic bakery with passionate staff, a wood fire stove, and delicious breads and desserts. We were given a tour of the facility, and told the rich family history of the bakery by the most passionate baker I've ever met. Definitely stop here for a uniquely Santa...
