Great place to stop by and have a bite! or also something to-go before catching the Bus to a trip out of town like the Pacifico bus to Vallarta! I stopped by here in the summer of 2020 and I have to say I can't wait to go back and try them out every week! I've always seen the stand as I would pass by but never thought any of it until one day after a haircut in the town I decided to walk down here and stop by. Best decision ever! I've met the owner and had a good conversation about California. I Notice so much napkins was used by the previous people just to balance the table. Kinda felt something to see that but oh well. Super recomendadas todas las tortas que vienen en el menu, hay de pierna, de pollo y de jamón, tienen las especiales de 3 quesos (panela, amarillo y chedar)

La cubana (queso amarillo, chedar, panela y salchicha frita, lleva una ensalada con adhereso)

La Americana lleva jamón, queso amarillo y salchicha

La de Carnes Frias va con salchicha, jamon, tocino y queso chedar

La torta pepe va preparada con frijoles, jamón, y cebolla guizada

Una de las mejores opciones en Compostela para desayunar, el menú es variado, especialmente útil si hay necesidad de salir temprano a trabajar pero con el estomago lleno.
