We came in last Friday August 22,/2025 at 2:10 PM Last time I ate here was 15 years ago. I decided to introduce muy Canadian wife a good place to eat, I was happy to be back. We went all the way in the back next to the open area. We took a table, my wife went in the bathroom, next from us there was a gentleman perhaps his son or co-worker, I noticed they had the menus already. My wife gets back from the bathroom, she sits but after a while nobody showed up with the menus. As I mention the gentleman & company next from us have't even had drinks served, that started to prove to me we weren't going to have anyone coming in & I wasn't wrong, noone came in,so we thought Is better to leave.Such a dissappoinment, on our way out I saw waitresses & they just ignored us,they did not care at all. The restaurante should have a host & a head captain but no. How are you suppose to come back? They have a sign open since 1960 something...oh well wow......

The place is great for any meal of the day from breakfast to lunch or dinner. I ordered a carne asada meal and the beans and cheese were great not adding the homemade tortillas and the friendliness of the staff. However make sure you bring cash though. It's. A good location and food is great if you are ever nearby Las Varas Nayarit and are hungry you can bet you will be satisfied with your meals. Greetings from Guadalajara...

Quite atmosphere, attentive service. Try the Arriero (large tortilla filled with cheese, carne asada, chorizo, and beans), it was delicious. Place also makes good pellizcadas. I also recommend getting the coconut ice cream...
