I hopped off my car to get a latte since there was a long line waiting in the drive thru, and I ordered and everything and waited 20 fricking whole minutes for coffee and milk, since they were giving all the orders to the drive thru and me and a woman who ordered before me were waiting while they were serving 30 drinks in those 20 minutes, they should prioritize making drinks for people coming at the place and staying, that does NOT feel welcome at all, and also what is up with their strategy mentioning to order the most expensive milk and venti like… are you desperate?
