Hace tiempo reseñé un restaurant con muy buena comida, pero mala vibra. ¿Qué es más importante, el ambiente o el sazón? Desde mi muy particular punto de vista yo preferiría el ambiente, pero en realidad debe ser una combinación de ambos ingredientes para sentirse a gusto y disfrutar una experiencia gastronocósmica, tal como sucede en Santa Fortuna. Para empezar, el lugar es muy acogedor y como pueden apreciar en las fotos que anexo, tiene terraza con estilo medio campestre: mesas y sillas de madera, vegetación y toda la cosa. Las personas que atienden el lugar siempre están pendientes que no falte nada. El menú tiene amplia variedad de platillos que están bien servidos y sabrosotes. En las fotos muestro lo que me empaqué: unos hot cakes, chilaquiles rojos y café lechero (se justifica la cantidad porque estábamos en el maratón Guadalupe-Reyes).
