Carnes en su Jugo Del Charro — Restaurant in Guanajuato

We found this little gem so very close to where we live. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We even got to meet the owner/manager. She speaks good English and at least one of the other staff does as well.

Featuring their own tequila brand, they have unique tequila flavors for house margaritas. Blackberry was our favorite. I happen to be on the quest for great micheladas. They happen to have one of the best I've had. It was spicy and flavorful...and massive. Perhaps too large to have with a big meal.

The food was good. The prices perhaps higher than we are used to though. We plan to come back but it will be for special occasions and/or special guests visiting. The restaurant had lots of space and...

I wandered into this place not knowing anything about it and had a great experience. Service was quick and they were all very friendly and attentive. The fried beans they bring at the beginning with the tostadas were delicious and the salsa and poco de gallo were good. The meat was pretty good and decent portion, they added crispy bacon which gave it a great texture and flavor. The quesadilla was delicious and packed with cheese. Lastly the Jericalla was absolutely divine. It is a typical dessert in the area that is similar to a flan but with the taste of arroz con leche, definitely...

Pésima atención, realmente no sé cómo clasificación esta experiencia más que diciendo que me sorprende como no dan soluciones a sus problemas de servicio. Acudimos 3 personas el día de hoy, el lugar no estaba a tope de su capacidad, pienso que un tercio si a caso y el personal era bastante, desde que llegas nadie te recibe para asignarte en una mesa posterior realizamos la orden lo cual fue una carne en su jugo grande (ya hechas) y unos tacos dorados, agua de horchata café y una cerveza. Las bebidas en tiempo pero la comida nunca logramos ni verla, estuvimos esperando un total de 1 hora 40 minutos lo cual a mi parecer no es un tiempo para nada razonable considerando la cantidad de comida, personal y comensales. Al solicitar alguna explicación solo nos decían “ 5 minutos sale”, “ya está lista”, “ya casi sale”, “en 10 minutos” y así sucesivamente, pedimos la cuenta solicitando que nos dieran los alimentos para llevar preguntamos en cuanto salía y dijo nuevamente “en 5mjnutos” lo cual esperamos y nunca llegó, nos retiramos posterior a pagar la cuenta y al solicitar hablar con alguien más o buscar solución no la dieron. Las tostadas de cortesía estaban buenas al menos, hahaha pero pésima atención pésimo trato y nivel...
