De Quen Chon — Restaurant in Guanajuato

I LOVE these Carnitas! I first started coming here about 12 years ago. After a nine year absence I was thrilled to see De Quen Chon is still the best place around to get delicious tacos. They also have good barbacoa, as well. The place is clean, the service is friendly and the food is FRESH. Twice, I have literally seen them bring in a whole pig, slung over a mans shoulder, into the kitchen. It doesn't get much fresher than that! Sorry piggy... But they make you so...

Food was amazing, service was great atmosphere I will just recommend to pay more attention on what kind of movies are playing on the TV in can be so inappropriate for children... Definitely next time I visit Mexico I will be enjoying one of the best barbacoa I have...

Todo muy bien desde que llegamos, estaba bastante lleno y aún así el servicio por parte de nuestro mesero fue muy bueno y rápido, el nos atendió muy amablemente y la comida muy rica y todo bien con el, pero al momento de ir a pagar con tarjeta la cajera nos comenta de manera muy mamona que no tiene internet y que solo sería con transferencia o efectivo, le comentamos que no contabamls con efectivo ni transferencia y nos respondió de mala manera. Ni una disculpa, ni alguna solución nada, por culpa de su actitud optamos por no dejar servicio. La comida del lugar es muy rica pero cuando personas como ella tienen esa actitud no dan ganas de regresar.

Si van a pagar con tarjeta preguntes antes si tienen internet, aunque era obvio...
