Fuego Tinto — Restaurant in Guanajuato

Have eaten there since was open,maybe 5 times. Truthfully the food is pretty good. The chef now is very capeable. Presentations are nice and the place is really really nice. My only complaint is the service. It is probably some of the worst service i have had in the san miguel area. Big investment by owner who is very nice as well as daughter. However being a restranteur is not a right. You have to work for it. I would have thought after a year mas o menos they would have addressed the service issue. But my last visit proves they havent and maybe dont have a clue. Dont missunderstand me,their waiters are very nice but are not trained to be waiters. Great spot! We found this gem on our way to SMA from Dolores Hidalgo. We were hungry and ran into it on the side of the highway! We chose to sit outside as the weather was perfect. Fue una de las peores experiencias en un restaurante de este tipo, el lugar estaba casi vacía había solo 3 mesas con clientes y eran mesas de 5 y 4 personas no tenían ningún grupo grande, ordenamos una botella de vino y el mesero no tenía idea de cómo abrirla, destruyó el corcho y sirvió el vino a todos sin permitirnos probarlo y dar el visto bueno. Después ordenamos los alimentos solo plato fuerte éramos 4 personas en mi mesa y tardaron al rededor de 15 min en traer el primer plato lo cual es un tiempo razonable, el problema fue que tardaron otros 10 min en traer 2 platillos más y 15 minutos más en traer el último, para ese entonces ya estaba molesta y por supuesto no quise el plato.
