McDonald's — Restaurant in Guanajuato

I’ve been going to Mc Donalds for 40 years. If you think about it, in my lifetime I may have spent the equivalent of $40,000 usd or more. When I was a kid my mother hosted some of my birthday parties at the one in my neighborhood. Yesterday, I walked in and wanted to wash my hands and use the toilet. A man who worked there ran up and blocked me and told me that I would have to buy something first. He treated me like an undesirable. I ordered breakfast through UberEats and was very disappointed with the experience. I ordered two pancake plates, but unfortunately, they arrived without any butter, syrup, jelly, or utensils, which made the meal hard to enjoy. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and dry, and the pancakes had a grainy texture as if they were old or reheated. The hash browns were extremely greasy, there was a noticeable pool of oil in the bag, and they were soggy and undercooked. Nothing arrived hot, even though the delivery was fairly quick. Queja por discriminación y negación del servicio Fecha:16/02/2023

Me negaron el servicio en la sección de venta de helados desde la 6 de la tarde hasta las 7:29 de la tarde.

El motivo fue la negativa al venderme un cono de helado, la escusas fueron:

1.- que el helado no estaba frío 2.-que no había conos cuando se veían puestos en la máquina. 3.-que ya no estaban vendiendo.

De esta última a los 4 minutos le vendieron a una pareja de mujeres conos de helado me.volvi a formar para solicitar el helado al llegar la cajera ya no pudo evitar venderme el helado ya que el cliente anterior a mi también solicito el cono de helado, le.comente que minutos antes me habia dicho que no vendían los conos.

Esto es molesto y denigrante que te nieguen el servicio por cualquier cosa y más siendo cliente desde ya varios años.
