Review from today: (January 2022)

We stopped to buy food for our 45 minute trip home. I chose sushi with avocado and crab for myself and my wife. The server helped me to make my choices. The food is always top notch, top level. I firmly believe Muzashi is one of the best restaurants in the entire state of Guanajuato.

I must always apologize to the servers .. my military service caused me to not be able to hear them very well. I also cannot see in the dark very well. So it's difficult to read the menu and tell my order.

This restaurant adheres to strict Covid safety requirements.

Review from today (October 2020):

Brought my wife and her father for dinner. We have to travel almost an hour to get here, which means there is something very good about this place! My Mexican wife and her ranchero dad are hard to please when it comes to eating. They prefer Mexican food over anything. But we all agreed, the Japanese food at Muzashi is filling, aesthetic, and very delicious.

Review from late August 2020:

Attentive service I've eaten at Japanese restaurants in over a dozen countries, including Japan. Very few of those times have I gotten full, and I did get very full of great tasting food here.

They care about the safety protocols in place.

Genuine Japanese food. DEFINITELY not imitation.

You can order your dinner in small parts until you have had enough.

NORMALLY, I rate this restaurant as a 4 or 5 depending upon food, cleanliness and service. Today I'm rating it as a 3 star experience.

I spent an hour on the toilet trying to expel the gummy undercooked tempura vegetables and shrimp. Unfortunately I got a bacterial infection from it.

The place needs a thorough cleaning, throughout.

The service was marginal.

But... because most visits here over the years are good, we will return. Just...

Como contribuidor de Google México La comida muy rica y a un muy buen precio en la ciudad de San Luis de La Paz, Guanajuato, comida de calidad con el toque japonés amplio menú no so es comer sushi si no existen varias opciones en su menú, lo único que hay que mejorar para obtener la insignia de Google es la mejora del servicio de limpieza ya que la mesa se siente sucia con grasa, los baños les faltó agua a los dos de hombre y mujeres quizás puedan implementar el sistema de ahorro de agua desde la llave del lavamanos al tanque , el área de los niños está descuidada le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento, en cuanto al servicio de comida es rápido, solo mejorar en el tiempo de preparación de bebidas, un buen lugar para pasar un rato agradable...
