I believe they reuse the leftover meat from the tables. Food is good. Waitress explained that all meat that you leave is given to employees to take home ( I would feel horrible to know an employee took home what I left or talked over at the table) yet you are not able to take the remainder of the meat on your serving. Its a buffet style restaurant that brings out a small grill with a fair amount of meat on it. You pay a fixed amount per person. Drinks do have an additional cost.
