Hey guys! Just so u know they also have some casitas for rent.. We stay there for a month (28.4.2021-28.5.2021)! We contacted them in WhatsApp throughout the number there is here on google. They also have Airbnb but not for all the casitas. The casita have everything we need. The family was willing to help with everything we asked for. The kitchen have everything and good A/C. The room was very clean and they cleaned him every week and refill the water drinking tank when it’s finished There is mangos everywhere you can pick when you want. Every time Ruben saw us and he had any kind of fruit on him he gives us (coconut, watermelon, papaya) We are vegan so we didn’t eat there a lot more cooking but the Mojito with Passionflower is amazing! If you are coming for long time and want to cook we recommend to buy everything you need before arrive. There is 2 Rivers to cross to get to the more touristic side of La Saladita it’s depends on the tide if the water is high or low but I’m 1.58 cm and at the high level it will reach my belly, it’s not a problem to cross them. The restaurant area is really nice...
Read moreWe have visited Jovita y Pancho 3 times (Mar 2025, Mar 10, 2024 & March 19, 2023) and had fun each time. This is a somewhat "off the beaten path" beach but is not too far from Zihua & Ixtapa. You'll see people surfing, kayaking, and simply enjoying themselves. The staff seems to really want their guests to have a great time.
We were especially lucky on our 2023 visit as a fishing boat arrived with a big Marlin and a few other fish; the fishermen brought their catch to shore and displayed then cleaned the Marlin very close to where our table was. We were able to purchase some fish from them to take home for dinner. There were also fantastic dancing performances by some locals.
We stay in Zihua every year and definitely plan to keep this on our list of things to do for...
