While the place was very quaint and peaceful right next to the beach, the service was lacking professionalism and common courtesy to the point that it made this one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I've been coming to this restaurant for years. The attention/service can be a hit or miss. This time it was just okay. They have made big improvements to their hotel part of the business. The place wasn't too crowded. It has a great family vibe and the food was good. We had a relaxing time. Puntos a favor : el lugar es único, muy tranquilo, muy relajado, instalaciones cómodas, buen concepto dan kit de baño de bienvenida como en hoteles 5 estrellas, la comida es buena. Puntos a mejorar : la atención del personal, deve haber un seguimiento por parte de un gerente o el dueño sobre el servicio de los trabajadores, es de mal gusto que te estén apresurado a pedir los alimentos por que a cierta hora cierra la cocina que es a las 5 de la tarde, limitan el consumo ya que bien pudiera uno comer 3 tiempos, desayuno comida y cena, Tienen reglamento interno como que cualquier desperfecto lo debe cubrir quien renta la habitación, pero para ellos se debe entregar la habitación en óptimas condiciones ojo con eso. A grandes rasgos es un lugar excelente un clima privilegiado instalaciones en óptimas condiciones pero deben saber explotar más lo que tienen.
