This place is a real gem. We only stopped in for a beer after visiting el bosque de las truchas after seeing how well reviewed it was on TripAdvisor and Google but we were so glad we did.
I couldn’t leave without trying the food so I ordered the torta and I have to say that the combination of crusty, fluffy bread and her uniquely delicious and complex pibil was one of the best things I’ve eaten in Mexico in terms of ‘street food’. All I can say if you are a fool if you don’t try this place if you are in the area. We are going back for the salmon tomorrow because if it’s anything like the pibil then it will be out of this world.
Also has craft beers, wines and these are hard to find in this area.
