A top 5 Mexican restaurant experience. I advise the 1st place to go after exiting the airport doors is Birrierías Chololo. Amazing goat. Diverse preparation of the chivo and selection of meats. Served with a broth and grilled so you can chose what you want to do with it. Many Condiments at your service. Please order the white cheese plate with your meal. Trust me, you will be glad you did. There is also an Incredible refried beans plate topped with white cheese. Homemade, handmade corn tortillas. Big seating, live mariachi bands circulate the restaurant to entertain. The best service i may have ever had. This is the spot!

Meh!!! This place is huge! It's a nice pretty spot in the middle of nowhere... The staff was so so. The waitress who served us was definitely lacking in a whole lot of places I dont know how she got that job. Had to ask her more than three times for things and she kept on bringing things one at a time. Things never really complimented each other. The FOOD!! The birria was less than stellar. It did not live up to the hype. La casuela with the tequila was good although I never had one before so I didn't really have a point of reference. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. The parking lot was ample but too much dirt. The mariachi there that day was like a 5 out of 10 they couldn't sing nor play too well. In conclusion I two starred this place because of the food and the waitress which are in a desperate situation to rethink things over...

Very nice place to eat birria tate Ada, which means they put the meat in the oven and then it's served. Very tasty overall. I'd eat here almost everytime I go to Guadalajara. The place is clean and the service is very nice, plus they have so many tables and seats it's almost impossible you won't find a spot inside the restaurant. Don't forget to check out the peacocks and chivos in the small park behind the restaurant. They really add to the atmosphere.

Excelent goat meat prepared, at least from I could see, traditionally. Very big restaurant with enough seats. It was my first time in Guadalajara and I can't compare to other restaurants, but I would definitely recommend this place. At the time I went it wasn't crowded at all, but from what was told to me the place gets really crowded at weekends. Totally worth my time and if the opportunity arises I will visit again.

Está con madres esta birria tatemada surtida. El consomé de lo más rico. Ponen una salsa en molcajete estilo tatemada, muy rica y bastante picante. Los frijoles refritos están perfectos, con su quesito fundido que lo hace ver aún más apetitoso. Las tortillas recién hechas a mano son enormes y enviciantes. El refresco nos llegó sin refrigerar, pero nos llevaron un vaso con hielo. Es un lugar enorme y muy agradable, muy familiar. Tiene un estacionamiento bastante amplio y juegos a la vista para que los niños jueguen mientras los adultos hacen sobremesa. El servicio intachable, nos vamos muy bien atendidos. Los únicos peros que podría ponerle son el refresco al tiempo y que para pago con tarjeta es ir directamente a caja. Pedimos un surtido para dos personas y pedimos para llevar casi la mitad del plato de birria. Nos añadieron más consomé y tortillas en el empaque para llevar. Sin duda se volverá tradición familiar. Nos encantó. El mariachi en la comida no es mucho de mi agrado todo el tiempo, pero noté que mucha gente lo disfrutó. Comedor y sillas espaciosas y muy cómodas.
