Just WOW!! By far the best birria I've ever had! I had the mutton(goat/chivo) birria and let me tell you this! You couldn't even tell it was mutton. Excellent smell great taste perfect temperature nice and hot, freshly made tortillas this had so much flavor putting lime or anything else is a sin. If your ever in town out here in San Miguel Cuyutlan municipio de trajomulco de Zuñiga Jalisco Mexico it's a damn MUST! You won't regret it!

Birria birria birria. Say no more. Get the birria de chivo, it comes with soup in its own juice - consume. We both got large plate and it’s more than enough for me to have a full meal plus a little to take home. The large plate is 120 pesos, much cheaper than in Guadalajara and more substantial amount of meat. The quesadilla (20 pesos) is heavenly!

Underrated Birria in an underrated location. That's their specialty, the dish will be made the perfection. You're served a small bowl of beans and tostadas to get you started, then from there the large dish of birria arrives. Plain and simple. Delicious and recommended.

¡Hola, amantes de la comida! Hoy les traigo una reseña de la Birriería San Miguel de Cuyutlán, un lugar que me ha cautivado con su sabor auténtico y su ambiente tradicional.

Desde que entré, me sentí transportado a un pequeño rincón de Jalisco. El aroma de la birria llenaba el aire, invitándome a probar este platillo tan emblemático. Pedí una porción de birria de chivo, y debo decir que la carne estaba tan tierna que se deshacía en la boca. El caldo, con su sabor intenso y picante, era simplemente irresistible.

Las tortillas, recién hechas, eran perfectas para acompañar la birria, y las salsas, con sus diferentes niveles de picante, le dieron un toque extra de sabor a la experiencia.

El servicio fue muy amable y atento, y el ambiente del lugar era muy acogedor. Definitivamente, la Birriería San Miguel de Cuyutlán es un lugar que recomiendo a todos los que buscan una experiencia culinaria auténtica...
