Domino's Pizza El Palomar — Restaurant in Jalisco

They won't even deliver your pizza. It's a total waste of time. The workers are rude and their phone is barely audible when they call to ask questions. And that is an issue on its own because I have never had any other pizza place call me and have to ask questions about anything. I ordered what I ordered and clicked confirm online. I don't need an additional phonecall to confirm ANYTHING. Just deliver the pizza like any other normal restaurant. But these guys won't do that because they have terrible service, if you can even call it...

Se tardan hasta dos horas en llegar los pedidos y cuando marque para preguntar por el mio todavía se querian hacer weyes diciendo que no habia pasado tanto tiempo que apenas hace 15 minutos yo lo habia pedido, cuando obviamente tengo un correo de confirmacion y el correo es de las 3 pm y ya practicamente eran 5 pm y me querian hacer tonta mintiendo que yo apenas les habia marcado unos minutos antes para pedir , amigos ni siquiera hice pedido por llamada fue por la app 🤡 ni para mentir sirven, si reconocieran que son tardados y tienen mal servicio no me enojaria, pero que me quieran hacer tonta, que ni siquiera tengan repartidores y que se atrevan a ofrecer el servicio a domicilio, es una jalada, de por si no creo en las propinas porque a nadie le dan propina por hacer su trabajo ya tienen un sueldo, pero a los repartidores que le sufren en el sol les suelo dar y con este servicio basura la verdad bye, 0 pesos de propina.

Absolutely the worse pizza restaurant in Guadalajara. No ome answers the phone. No accountability for compromising to deliver and never even showing up. Have placed orders 2 times online, recieved confirmation but one has ever delivered anything. Absolutely the worst place ever. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT......
