Brought my mom to see the waterfall in Quimixto and stopped here along the way for a cocktail. Diego, Dora’s husband is an excellent mixologist! I believe it was a hibiscus margarita, and it was so crisp and refreshing👌🏽. On the way back down we stopped for a couple tacos and let me just say, Dora you are an amazing cook! I had the Pastor and Ma had the Carne Asada. I want to say those were the best tacos of the week long trip. And we ate a lot of tacos in PV and Sayulita! So don’t forget get to hit them up twice, on the way up and the way back down, 10/10 for sure!

Cannot say enough amazing things about Dora and her husband Diego!! Their generosity and kindness are completely unmatched! Dora saw I had a sprained ankle so she made me a special tea and shared her healing cream. We said that we’d love to come back for dinner, and a few hours later we came to find a beautifully set table and an incredible 4-course meal of shrimp, beef quesadillas, a fabulous fresh poke bowl, and Nutella crepes for dessert. The truly treated us like family and our meal was a highlight of our stay in Quimixto!

We had many excellent meals here during out stay in Quimixto. Everything we tried was made fresh to order and super tasty! Best shrimp tacos, quesidillas, margaritas, and tried their homemade cheesecake (not a mexican norm to see on a menu but it was amazing). The owners are exceptionally friendly and gracious hosts. Highly reccomend!!!

The Best food and the sweetest most welcoming hosts. The place is very casual In a good way. You just probably shouldn’t go there too hungry because you may end up waiting a long time For the food to be served and it’s because they are so popular they get a lot of take out orders. If you don’t mind the wait Just sip some of the delicious mezcal cocktails that Are on the menu. The food is very fresh and delicious and everything is prepared from scratch. You have to try their roasted potatoes Because they might be the best I’ve ever tried. We had tacos and quesadillas and they were to Die For . When the owners found out that it was my husband’s birthday, they brought him a cheesecake and cream coffee digestivo. I am normally very picky but I was blown away by the quality of food and their...

I stayed in Quimixto for several weeks this winter and this became my favorite place! I have no idea how Dora and Diego manage to do so many different things so well -- fancy coffee, margaritas, real ice cream with waffle cones, sushi, hamburgers, fish, you name it. The hamburguesa con camaron was in particular one of the most spectacular sandwiches I've had anywhere, hands down. Prices are very reasonable compared to the beach restaurants and it's so much fun to sit on the street and watch the life pass by on the old cobblestone path. Their passionfruit margarita is to die for and one night Dora made us a special of seared tuna steak in a bed of lush, fresh salad greens with chopped veggies. Plus, these two are some of the nicest people in Quimixto. Thank you,...
