As part time residents here, this is one of our top 2 places to eat in town. Gonzalo is a one-man show, maître D, waiter, Cook, busser, and bartender— I don’t know how he does it! As he is literally the only one working the restaurant, my recommendation would be to call or stop by during the day, tell him what you want and what time you’ll be there, otherwise, especially if you are a large party, you could be waiting an hour for your food. But it is well worth the wait.
