Los Chila's — Restaurant in Jalisco

I have been a regular customer of this restaurant on Rappi and Uber Eats for two years. Sometimes the food is five-stars, sometimes one-star; very inconsistent experience. I decided to write my review today after one of my worst experiences. Many of my orders have arrived with my beans spilled on the inside of the bag; today more beans were in the bag than the tray. The driver told my husband that he has complained and asked the restaurant to provide better packaging (as have we), but they refuse. In addition to this issue I often receive chilaquiles with almost no salsa and the salsa is the entire reason that I order chilaquiles. Even if I wasn't moving soon I'd still be done...

La apariencia del lugar hace parecer que tendrá un buen sabor la comida, lamentablemente me encontré con varias areas de oportunidad: El sabor de la salsa roja de los chilaquiles recuerda al de salsa de tetrapack, sirven fria la comida, el café frío también, no habia jugo de naranja, las salsas picantes no fueron colocadas en la mesa, tuve que solicitarlas. Me parece un poco ilogico que el balance de los precios esté desequilibrado, por ejemplo, como es posible que me custe lo mismo un platillo de chilaquiles que un chocomilk grande. Algo molesto es también que cosas básicas como los frijoles o el birote lo manejen como complemento y lo cobren por separado, estoy de acuerdo en la milanesa, queso gratinado, chorizo huevo. La señorita que nos atendió requiere mejorar su memoria, ya que le solicité café y después de más de 10 minutos tuve que pedirselo a otro mesero. Mi expectativa era mas alta que lo que encontré, sobre todo porque se ve con muchos comensales. Quiero pensar que me tocó mala suerte, pero por lo pronto no me...

PUES.. NO QUEDÉ SATISFECHA CREO QUE ESTA MUY CARO TODO.. EL JUGO DE NARANJA 70 PESOS 1 LT... Y NO ES UN PLATO NORMAL.. PORQUE TODO TE LO COBRAN APARTE.. EL PLATILLO DE CHILAQUILES SOLO ES ESO: CHILAQUILES, PERO SI QUIERES FRIJOLES, BOLILLO, EL COBRO ES EXTRA Y CARO TAMBIÉN. ESTOY INVITADA A NO VOLVER. LA ORDEN DE HOT CAKES 50 PESOS Y SON DE 7 CMS CADA UNO Y SON DOS Y APARTE CONGELADOS DEL SAMS. 😝 HAY MEJORES LUGARES PARA COMER LO MISMO, MAS BUENO Y MAS BARATO. LA VERDAD. PERO ESO YA ES CADA QUIEN.
