💔I’ve never felt the need to write a negative review but this place is the WORST. Above anything the service is awful and unacceptable.

The server gave me the wrong drink and walked away the next time he came was about 30 mins (it was not busy at all it was a Wednesday afternoon) and he took our food orders and about 5 mins later he gave me the correct drink Finally my group gets their food except for me. All I ordered was one tostada. That’s it. My group ordered big plates. The next time the server came was 40 minutes later and my group finished their food and my group reminded him I ordered a tostada He brings the tostada 10 mins later at that point I didn’t want to eat from this place. I WAS FED UP! Next time he came 15 mins to give the check my group put extra money telling the server they wanted change. The dude disappeared didn’t come back my group had to go to the front counter to get their change and nobody was in the front the were waiting there for 15mins until finally someone comes. This place is just absolutely terrible. There’s better restaurants with better service if you’re thinking of going here do yourself a favor and don’t. I’ve worked at restaurants and I would never treat anyone the way they treated me.

NO SABEN MANEJAR QUEJAS DE CLIENTE INSATISFECHO Visito este lugar muy seguido. En dos ocasiones me han servido 10 min despues q al resto de lamesa se supone q cuando sales es porque quieres comer juntos Hoy me queje con la encargada la cual no supo manejar ni dar compensacion satisfactoria a mi queja. Le pedi su nombre para quejarme con el dueno de la forma tan poco profesional de manejar la situacion y me lo nego. ahora se que es la hija del dueno. Yo pedia q no se me cobrara ese plato porq ya estaba molesto de q mis acompanantes iban a mas de la mitad y yo aun no empezaba. Ni siquiera acepto mi sugerencia de q todo restaurante debe sacar toda la comida de una mesa al mismo tiempo, q ahi no hacen eso. La senti grocera y poco cuidadosa de su clientela cuando me dijo q ninguno de sus clientes se han quejado y q si a mi no me gustaba el lugar pues q no fuera. Por supuesto q no dejare de ir, pero no puedo dejar pasar por alto este mal rato y le quiero decir a la gerencia o al dueno que no se confie tanto de su buena fama, que empresas grandes se han ido abajo cuando se sienten seguras y tratan las quejas con esa arrogancia...
