We had the number 38 roll which has crab, fried shrimp, avacado, cream cheese and has cucumber on the outside of the roll instead of seaweed which was different. The ingredients were all very fresh. The roll was served with two different sauces that were nice. One was soy with peppers and one seemed to be a vinegar and pepper sauce. They did have regular soy sauce and wasabi available upon request. They have a very good looking menu with lots to choose from. They have Sapporo beer, which my wife likes so that was nice. They served the roll with forks, not chopsticks which was really weird to us. Although we didn’t specifically ask for chopsticks, they didn’t offer them either although that expectation could be just because we are gringos and haven’t been to a Japanese restaurant in Mexico before and maybe they just don’t do that here like they do in the US. The only thing that I really didn’t like at all was how tiny the place is. I think there are 5 tables plus the sushi bar. It was so small that the three waitstaff were standing around just a couple feet from our table the whole time which was very strange and awkward although they were very polite and attentive.
