Lovely restaurant, super popular with the "in-the-know" crowd. As a tourist you will totally miss this gem of restaurant since it's not on the main drag of Zapopan. Once you come in you realized the space and amazing re-fitting done to the building, try not to stare 😉. Food is incredible! Menu is unique & all ingredients are local. Feels to me like traditional Italian dishes not mainstream. Everything tastes great from appetizer to first dish to entree & dessert. We dined at Verum Franco (family party of 4) twice last week during a vacation near Guadalajara. It is a real gem of a find! Proper Italian food, very well served, great wine selection, smart/casual restaurant ambiance, very reasonable prices.
