Owens SteakHouse — Restaurant in Los Mochis

My wife and I were staying at the Plaza Inn Hotel and went to the Owens steak House for dinner. We waited half an hour after being seated with no bread or anything else. When my dinner arrived the salmon and potato were both cold. I requested that it be heated up. When it came back the potato was hot but the salmon was only lukewarm. When the bill came I found out that we were charged 40 pesos for pieces we asked for amd 84 pesos for a Corona amd 114 pesos for a Stella Artois. I complained to the manager but she did nothing.
