This place have one of the best hamburgers in this city, easily beats a normal from Burguer King. There are a lot of branches of them around the city, some of them are fancy and others just normal as any other burguer restaurant. In this month they we’re making a tournament and the winner prize was free food for one year, and believe me that’s such a good deal because their food its a little bit expensive, like $140 or higher but just for hamburgers, they also have other things on their menu like nachos, fried chips, hot dogs and more American style food or fast food. A nice place to go with friends and also with family because it is not a bar so kids can join the place. The service is good, the waiter is always checking what you need to make your visit more confortable. I recommend the place to everyone that ask me about a good place to eat...

Del servicio sé que tardan por la preparación de las hamburguesas pero, se escucha mal ir al baño y que se escuche las mentadas de la cocina y tambien se ve mal que se le griten a sus empleados en frente de los clientes. Deberian de mejorar esa parte.

NI VAYAN A COMER AHÍ EL DIA DE SU CUMPLEAÑOS NI NIGÚN DÍA, pésimo servicio al cliente. Acudiendo el dia de ayer no me quisieron hacer válida la promoción de cumpleañero, cuando ustedes mismos me dijeron el día domingo 25 de agosto que el mismo mes de mi cumpleaños es válida la promoción, al final poniendo muchos pretextos para no hacerme válida la misma promoción que ustedes mismos me dijeron en su inbox que aplica TODO EL MES de mi cumpleaños que es éste. Primer pretexto diciendo que no aplica todo el mes, segundo pretexto diciendo que si no me contestaron el mismo dia que estaba yendo no me aplicarían la promoción, cuando ustedes mismos tardan en responder mínimo un dia sus mensajes en inbox, tercer pretexto diciendo que si no tenian puesta la publicidad en su página diciendo que solo el mismo día del cumpleaños aplicaba la promoción si me la harían válida pero al final de todos modos dandome a enterder por su muy mal educado mesero que usan de encargado que no me harÍan válida la promoción, porque regresando a lo mismo aunque ustedes mismos me hayan puesto que era válida todo el mes, nuevamente repitiéndome solo me la aplicarían el dia de mi cumpleaños. Así luego el mesero procediendo déspotamente casi arrebatandonos los menús a mi acompañante y a mi, cuando le dijimos que lo deje así. Porque que mas iban a decirnos, lo mismo una y otra vez, NO TE APLICAN LA PROMOCIÓN Y PONEN MUCHOS PRETEXTOS CON TAL DE QUE NO TE APLIQUE. PARA QUE PONEN PROMOCIONES SI DE TODAS MANERAS NO QUERRÁN APLICARLAS, PRETEXTOS PARA QUE TU LLEGUES Y TE OBLIGUEN A COMPRAR UNA HAMBURGUESA, porque en junio nos la aplicaron con la de mi pareja, llegando solo nos quisieron aplicar la promoción si comprábamos una hamburguesa del mismo costo o mayor, si no no aplicaba, entonces la tuvimos que comprar solo para no pasar un mal rato porque era el dia de su cumpleaños y entonces regresamos a lo mismo eso no está escrito en su plublicación y nunca estuvo escrito, CASUALMENTE PUBLICAN LA PROMOCIÓN DE CUMPLEAÑERO QUE USTEDES CAMBIARON ÉSTE MISMO DIA AL DIA SIGUIENTE QUE YO FUÍ A SOLICITAR MI HAMBURGUESA POR MI CUMPLEAÑOS Y CUANDO EN TODO EL MES NO HABÍAN PUBLICADO DICHA PROMOCIÓN. 21 September 2025 Hubby went here to eat and the food was great hands down! 🩷 but the service was shocking. The girl that was on spent all her time flirting with a co worker instead of actually serving. Forgetting our drinks. Not even checking if we needed anything. She even forgot to bring out sauces for the chips we ordered, not sure if the beef was actually beef either. Which is a shame the food was good....
