Chili's — Restaurant in Mérida

I tried to eat breakfast here after an appointment nearby. When the waiter brought a glass of water, a little baby roach scampered across the rim of it. He saw it. I saw it. He walked away as though he didn’t see it. I paid for the food I’d ordered and left.

Can’t comment on the actual food because I didn’t stay to eat it and declined their offer for them to package it...

Mi primera vez en el lugar y me lleve un mal sabor de boca con los meseros y el gerente.

Acudí con mi pareja y amigos a la sucursal de altabrisa para aprovechar la promo de las margaritas. Yo me pedí un strawberry smash de un litro, que tenía un costo "promocional" de $260, el mesero me comentó al pedirlo que no tenían las copas de litro, que me traería dos copas que juntas sumarán el litro. Al momento de entregarmelas, me di cuenta que todas las copas de las margaritas eran iguales, y que las dos que eran para mí, no sumaban el litro anunciado. Se lo comenté a mi mesero y no recibí respuesta, pedí el menú de la promo para corroborar y vi que las copas anunciadas que mis amigos habían pedido eran de 220 ml, es decir que entre las dos copas que me trajeron no había siquiera un litro.

Al final, ni los meseros, ni el gerente me resolvieron el problema, se contradijeron entre ellos y me juraron que si habían medido el litro en las copas que me entregaron.

Termine pagando mi cuenta y me fui sin ganas de regresar. Fue una decepción total, ya que las margaritas...

The service here is not very good. It took awhile for someone to address us when we walked in and we had to wait for menus. We had to continuously wave the waiter over when we needed something.
