Humo pizzería — Restaurant in Mérida

This is hands down the most delicious pizza I’ve had in Merida… maybe even in Mexico. Everything was perfection, the chef really nailed it here.

My one note is that the atmosphere is not AMAZING. Don’t go there thinking you’re going to get a vibe, it’s a bit of a hole in the wall but THE FOOD IS AMAZING. Oh and try the gnocchi with pesto….. oh my god, ITS SO GOOD. Worth every cent.

Oh, and it’s VERY AFFORDABLE. We got about 5 pizzas, two pastas and one tiramisu + drinks and it came to about $100...

This place deserves all the stars thumbs up and whatever else you want t throw at it. This is hands down the best pizza I ever had outside of Italy. The dough and the baking are perfect, and the creativity of toppings on the various pizzas is excellent. If you eat here make sure to ask for the chilly oil, which is perfectly blended Italian style.
