KFC — Restaurant in Mérida

Took a long time, nothing is made to order and they’re always out of the chicken you want. They gave us the wrong food, we asked for 11 chiles and they gave us regular which is fine, they probably misheard us. But the kitchen staff didn’t wear gloves and coughed over their mask with their hands and were touching food afterwards. They also gave me a diet when I asked for a regular soda and threw a few fries in the box with the rest of the food instead of putting it in its own container that it normally goes in. It was a bit busy so I understand but the cleanliness was a huge issue. They also don’t have dipping sauces which is really unfortunate and the chicken sandwich...

Anything but fast. Totally disorganized staff. Dirty restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for my food and was given a big box instead of the mega box that I ordered. No joke - had to wait another 20 minutes for the missing 4th piece. While standing there someone from the drive through had to park and come in, as they totally messed up her order. Another guy was waiting for missing fries. What a mess - avoid unless desperate for KFC....

Servicio pésimo... Me dieron super mal mi orden: solo agrandaron mi refresco y no mis complementos ( después de ir a comentarles me dieron otros 2 complementos pequeños para completar que por que segun ellos no tenían envases grandes( pero si no lo comento no me los daban)), me dieron mal una orden de K tiras cuando fui a comentar nuevamente me vieron super mal y después de ponerse a investigar de mala gana resulta que la cajera se equivoco al capturar al encargado le molesto que yo tuviera la razón y solo cambió mi orden de mala gana y allí la dejo en mostrador a la mala, no me gustó que los refrescos no sean rellenables y encima muy grosero el que atendía al pedir un refresco que ya me había servido con hielos, sin hielos, tiro el refresco de mala gana y molesto me dijo que eso se pedía en caja antes de que saliera el ticket ( obvio eso no me lo preguntaron antes de pagar) y entonces solo se limitó muy groseramente a decirme que si lo quería sin hielo entonces el refresco que me correspondía era lo que me daría y solo me dio el vaso a la mitad ( pero si yo pague un refresco y no hielos) De verdad que pésimo servicio si no fuera por que iba limitada de tiempo, ya había pagado una cuenta considerable y llevava a mis hijos ya con hambre hubiera ardido troya la vdd que me...
