McDonald's — Restaurant in Michoacán

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience of my life by organizing my daughter's eighth birthday in this place. They said I could have this event from 5 to 8 pm. Well, I paid for several children's and adults' meals. Which weren't served in a timely manner. First, at about 6:15 pm, they served the drinks, but they didn't serve all the drinks. I had to go several times to ask for the ones that weren't served. Then, the hamburguesa started arriving about 7:20 pm and again, not all the meals that I paid for were served and about 7:55 I was reminded by a server that the event should finish in a few minutes. Worse yet, they forgot to serve the ice cream cones that were included in the paid meals. They only apologized for that. Moreover, the disabled parking spaces were taken by the employees to park their motorcycles. The manager did not do a thing to fix this problem. Therefore, I was forced to temporarily park my car which has disabled licence plates in order to help my mother who is in a wheelchair. So, she could attend my daughter's birthday. At the end of the "party," I talked to the manager at charge about the disastrous event. Well, they didn't take any responsibility for what happened. I was the one to blame for organizing that party when they were hiring new personnel. Two weeks have passed since my daughter's birthday and nobody from McDonald's has done anything about this situation. So, I'll have to go to the consumers' affairs office to present a formal complaint...

Me gustan los McDonald's porque uno va, pide su comida, elige su mesa y come a gusto. Pero acá sentada comiendo a gusto un trabajador estuvo rondando y una de esas veces estuvo muy cerca de mi espacio personal (justo atrás de mi) mientras yo comía y juro que fue de lo más incómodo; posterior a esto mi pareja que estaba en el baño me llama y me pide que si de favor de llevaba toallas húmedas al baño (el baño estaba solo), cuando entro al baño el sujeto luego, luego se asoma por la puerta. Lo que significa que me siguió hasta el baño! Ya de por sí puede ser un poco vergonzoso para la persona que está adentro y pide ayuda en el baño, fue vergonzoso para mi que le estaba haciendo el favor, cuando el sujeto se asomó tenía un rostro burlón mientras me preguntaba qué hacía allí y que si sabía que era el baño de hombres🫥 Mi experiencia más creepy comiendo en un McDonald's,...

Fui a Automac McDonald’s La Huerta (Morelia) con la intención de usar un cupón de la oferta flash de la app (MAC Y8G JE3, la que incluye el porta papas). Desde el inicio la experiencia fue desagradable. El joven en la ventanilla no pudo atenderme y me pasaron con una señorita de uniforme azul que me trató de forma descortés.

Ella me dijo que “seguro era una captura de pantalla” cuando el cupón estaba en la app, incluso llegaron a tomar mi teléfono para verificarlo. Además, me preguntaron cuál era el precio del producto, siendo que ellos tenían mi app en sus manos y el cupón no mostraba precio. La señorita me dijo: “¿sabes si este precio es de algún otro producto?” lo cual me pareció una muestra clara de falta de capacitación.
