I had the chance to go on Christmas eve. They accommodated my girlfriend and I since we didn't have a reservation. Nice of them. They offered dinner buffet. It was 500 pesos, on the pricey side for a town like Tlalpujahua but not bad. However, most of the food was cold, although the taste was actually good. I made the point to what I thought it was the chef and he just didn't listen. I even suggested to give it a try. He got a bit offended. I'd rather go eat somewhere else to be honest with the 'dude. Fui en 2019, era un lugar muy pequeño pero con comida, servicio y ambiente excelentes. Regresé en diciembre de 2023, me da gusto ver qué ya es mucho más grande, decoración, servicio y ambiente siguen siendo muy agradables, lo triste es que pasa lo que sucede casi siempre cuando un negocio crece, dejan de poner atención en lo principal; la comida, es comprensible que los precios deben subir, de hecho no me parece caro, pero al probar la comida y comparar con los precios... queda debiendi, se nota que hay falla de sazón, aunque el servicio es relativamente rápido parece que creció todo menos la cocina, y no es que la comida tenga mal sabor, pero dejó de ser como antes, posiblemente ya no está el personal de hace años, o ya hay más personas en la cocina, pero no es el sabor de antes. Es un lugar con mucho potencial, agrade le, con buena música a un volumen perfecto, pero si falta atención en el sabor de los platillos. Como sugerencia particular, se entiende que todo se enfría rápidamente por la temperatura del lugar, pero seguramente por aquí comienza la falla, cuando el platillo llega a la mesa tibio, el sabor no es igual.
