Tortas Condorito — Restaurant in Michoacán

OMG. If you like mexican tortas this the place. Located in Zamora, Michoacan. These things are huge ( easily enough for 2 people or half now and half later). Variety of items to choose as the base. Choice of cheese, then unless you say different, it gets fresh tomato, onion and avocado. The bread used is what sets them apart. It's fresh of course but not as thick as most torta stands use. Las tortas están bien a secas y digo a secas, porque son muy secas. necesitas un refresco para que no se atore el bolillo en la garganta. Son caras. Y lo mas importante el "servicio", es lento y con una pésima actitud de los que atienden (empezando por Condorito el dueño). Les pregunte si podían prepararme una torta cubana y me dijo el "Sr. Condorito": "no tenemos, solo lo de la lista" (un pintarrón viejo donde dice que tienen jamón, pierna, queso y salchicha), casi te quieren sacar del lugar por blasfemar en contra de sus sagradas tortas y por detener el transito de clientes pagando en la caja. Por cierto, ahí te entregan un ticket con tu turno para que esperes media hora a que tu numero se muestre en una pantalla y después de eso empiecen a preparar tu torta. Por cada ingrediente extra que pides te cobran el kg del producto. No tienen muchos ingredientes y derivado de esto preparan poca variedad de sabores, casi todas saben igual. El sazón es común, nada extraordinario.
