Don cangrejo Beach club — Restaurant in Morelos

First ⭐ right on the water, great place to see the sun set, unfortunately if you have driven up from Mexico city and don't want to drive at night you need to leave before the sun sets.

Second ⭐ valet parking, always great to have someone park your car

I'm hesitant to give a third ⭐ They had entertainment 2 singers she wasn't very good a little painful on the ears at times. there's battery sports, and a pool to use. The gelato guy was cool beginning you samples to try before you buy

Look I struggle to give them 3 stars they really only deserve 2, so much staff they just couldn't not get their act together, kept taking away dishes before we were done, forgetting, forgetting to bring cutlery, bringing everything at once entrees and mains, started pilling things up on the napkin holder to make room. By the time we got to some dishes they were cold,

There are so many restaurants to choose from around the lake, I would try somewhere else before I went back here. Thumbs 👎👎...

Hoy visité este club de playa/restaurante y me llevo una impresión algo mixta. El lugar es amplio, muy bonito y bien cuidado en general, con muchas mesas y dos albercas que, en teoría, son un gran plus. Lamentablemente, en esta visita, las albercas estaban bastante sucias, algo que no esperaría de un club de playa —sobre todo porque debería haber limpieza constante en zonas de agua, y esta vez no fue así.

En cuanto al servicio, fue un poco extraño: por momentos los platillos llegaban casi como si usaran cronómetro, rapidísimo, y en otros momentos, parecía que se olvidaban de nuestra existencia y tardaban una eternidad. Los meseros, aunque siempre atentos y amables, a veces se despistaban para limpiar o retirar platos, lo cual rompe un poco el ritmo de la experiencia.

La comida tiene precios justos, y aunque no estuvo mal, tampoco hubo algo que realmente destacara o sorprendiera. Los tragos siguen esa misma línea: bien, pero nada extraordinario.

Ahora, el verdadero punto débil del lugar fue el ambiente. De entrada, la música estaba puesta desde un teléfono conectado a unas bocinas enormes escondidas entre las palmeras (el sonido era bueno, eso sí). El problema fue la calidad y el manejo de la música: en un momento incluso se coló una llamada y nos quedamos en completo silencio varios minutos.

Más tarde llegó un "DJ" que sinceramente dejó mucho que desear: estuvo casi tres horas seguidas poniendo reggaetón de baja calidad, sin leer al público ni adaptar el ambiente. Era un lugar familiar, lleno de niños y familias, pero parecía que él estaba animando una fiesta privada sin importarle el contexto. Además, el DJ nunca se movió de su silla, parecía completamente desconectado de la audiencia.

En resumen: es un lugar con mucho potencial, bonito, amplio y con precios razonables, pero definitivamente le falta mejorar en temas de servicio, limpieza de albercas, y sobre todo cuidar más el ambiente musical y la selección de quienes se encargan de animarlo.

¿Regresaría? Quizá sí, pero con la esperanza de que hayan mejorado...

My family and I went to enjoy some time at this place Don Cangrejo, nice location, pretty nice atmosphere,great view. However the Service in The restaurant was so bad, took the server to get our drinks about 15 minutes, even though they were not mixed drinks. When we place the order, it took at least one hour to get some of our food, ( not all of us got the food at the same time. In total time to get our complete food was almost two hours, ( we were a party of only 6 people)....really bad service, not that friendly, NOT...
