Sumiya — Restaurant in Morelos

We visited this resort hotel for Christmas and it did NOT disappoint! There was a buffet style setup with so many different options from Seafood to comfort foods like buttery mashed potatoes. The servers were quick, efficient and polite. Our only regret is that we chose the wrong package for the evening and we didn’t get to enjoy the live music. El hotel es lindo, todo muy nite al estilo japonés. El personal es cortes, más no amable, si esperas una atención dedidaca y detallada este no es el lugar. Las habitaciones son simples y sin decoración (tipo japonés),si tienes problemas de cuello o espalda te recomiendo llevar tu propia almohada ya que las de ellos son super altas e incómodas La alberca climatizada está bien, sobre todo si hace un poco de aire frío, ojo con los pies las escaleras son de un material antiderrapante pero raspan y pueden generar cortadas en adultos mayores y en niños. No es un hotel para personas con discapacidad y tampoco es tan apto para niños pequeños,la única diversión para ellos es la alberca en la medida de que no esté lleno el hotel para No molestar a los demás, no pueden correr y tampoco jugar a la pelota aunque los jardines son enormes. La comida del restaurante arboleda y del snack bar a mi gusto insípida y sin chiste. Vete preparando para pedir y nunca conocer los precios por qué no te dan carta y además se molestan si lo pides.
