Every time you go something is wrong.

One time they had no paninis. Imagine this, I was so happy to find a Starbucks to have breakfast and they had no food, I spent half an hour that nobody is bringing me back.

The second time, the system was down and couldn't use my Starbucks card to pay.

A third time the system was down, couldn't pay with Starbucks card and couldn't pay with credit card

Fourth time, they didn't have whole milk

And maybe the list can go on but I think you get the point.

Busy place with constant movement of clientele. Service was quick and friendly, they have ceramic mugs if you are staying on site and want to reduce your waste during your visit. Llegamos al lugar y todo muy tranquilo, el chico de caja Sebastián muy amable y atento al explicar lo que se preguntaba y las quejas que se daban del chico 1ie prepara las bebida ( chico alto, Moreno con cabello ondulado de una cola). Pedí un chocolate blanco con crema batida, el cual no tenía crema batida y solo sabía muy dulce, se le pide me la cambie por otra bebida por que no sabe a nada y comenta que me vuelve a preparar la misma, la cual ahora si tiene crema batida (muy buena), pero sigue solo sabiendo dulce, la crema batida abarcaba una parte del vaso y se le dan 2 tragos, tratando de tomarlo pero realmente no me gusto; me acerco nuevamente al chico que prepara las bebidas y comenta que no me lo puede cambiar y que si no me gusto pues... No se puede cambiar por lo que ya no tome nada, hasta después que preferí comprar nuevamente otra bebida que...
